• The above fees cover conference organization and refreshments. Additional meals, transportation, and accommodation costs are not included and should be borne by participants.

• Total Registration Fee for Authors with Papers:

(A or B) + (A or B) * 0.75 * (number of additional papers) + C

Example: For an IEEE member with 3 papers and no extra pages:

$420 + $420 * 0.75 * (3 - 1) + $50*0 = $1050

• Total Registration Fee for Non-Presenting Attendees:

A or B

Important Information :

1. To ensure publication, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by November 1, 2025. Failure to register will be considered a voluntary withdrawal, and the paper will not be published.
2. Additional papers by the same author must be registered with the appropriate fees, or they will not be published.
